Daktronics 15th Annual International Partner Conference

Accommodations

Each conference participant is responsible for their own hotel accommodations and for their own airfare. Daktronics will cover the costs for meals and ground transportation related to the event. Costs incurred for partner spouses will not be covered. Spouses are invited to the Tuesday evening Gala & Awards Ceremony.

Hotel Information

The conference will be held at NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding. 

Group rates and accommodation is available at NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding.

We have also secured group rates and accommodation at an additional hotel this year, Hotel Canopy Madrid Castellana.

Note: Hotel availability at each of these hotels is on a first come, first served basis.

• NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding: Accommodation from October 5^th – 9^th can be booked for NH Collection Madrid Eurobuilding via this link.  Reservations are due no later than 4-October-2024.  At that time, the reservation link will expire.
• Hotel Canopy Madrid Castellana: Accommodation from October 5^th – 9^th can be booked for Hotel Canopy Madrid Castellana via this link.

Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport (MAD) is the primary international airport serving Madrid, Spain. Flight itineraries should be emailed to caroline.clancy@daktronics.com no later than August 16th, 2024 to guarantee your registration.

If you require a VISA invitation, you can submit your request for that invite through the registration form. Alternatively, if you require, you can contact Caroline.Clancy@daktronics.com, and attach a copy of your passport and she will provide you with a VISA invite letter.
